Thanks for the day on Saturday, the group got a lot out of the sessions and really enjoyed the challenges put to them. The session for SLSNZ required the group to be challenged by competing in small teams against each other in activities that tested their communication, leadership and problem solving abilities, as a selection process to a final group. Fergs aptly designed the activities for us and we were able to stand back and assess the participant's abilities whilst you the experts ran the sessions on the day.
I wouldn't hesitate to approach Fergs again to assist us in designing a session for this.
