Fergs Kayaks Wellington has one amazing and special rock climbing wall. Currently the largest indoor real rock wall in New Zealand, this 13 metre high marvel has something for everyone. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an absolute whizz we have an option for you. Whenever Fergs Kayaks is open the rock wall is open, so come in and give it a go. Our staff will show you the basics of belaying (the safety person on the end of the rope) and climbing. From bouldering, to top rope, to lead climbing routes we have something for you here, and we can accommodate up to 90 people on the wall at any one time.
Age limit: there really isn't one, if you're walking we can help you on the wall. We have harnesses for very small children (must be walking) right up to the very old (must be walking)
