Conditions of Hire

Cruiser Bikes

On hiring you accept any extra charges due to damage, lateness, theft and excessive wear;
Cruiser Bikes are not permitted to be used on sand & you must adhere to the waterfront speed of 10km
Use cycle lanes where they are providedand give way to all other foot traffic, bikes and cars
A suitable form of ID must be left at Fergs Kayaks for the duration of the hire period (examples include NZ Drivers License, Passport, Credit Card with your name on it)
