Fergs Kayaks join with Perweek to enable customers to buy a selection of Kayak packages online and pay weekly!
Fergs Kayaks have recently entered into a partnership with online company Perweek.
Perweek is a fresh new way to get yourself a new kayak package for 2008 and pay for it weekly. Customers are able to select Lay-by or HP style finance, their deposit and the term they want. Perweek instantly calculates the resulting weekly payment.
Fergs Kayaks General Manager Jan Domney is excited about this new relationship and sees it working well with their existing online strategy. “We have been able to set up our own ‘supplier store’ within the Perweek website, which means our customers can go directly to the Fergs Kayaks product page, and see the selection of kayak packages available to purchase and pay a weekly amount.” There is a range of options from packages that suit a family, to those who want to get involved in Multisport and in between.
The background behind the Perweek concept is fairly simple, as founder Peter Terpstra explains: “We recognised that more and more people are looking to make their purchases on the internet, and we are simply offering them alternate ways to pay. It is all about making things easy. Perweek is about cutting through the confusion and offering a deal that’s easy for the consumer to understand.”
On the new relationship with Fergs Kayaks he adds: “We are wrapped to have such a well regarded sporting retailer join our growing list of ‘supplier stores’, and we hope to assist them in many sales”.
