Conditions of Kayak Tours

Fergs Kayaks reserves the right to postpone or cancel a trip/tour at any time due to the following reasons: safety/weather/insufficient numbers
If the trip is cancelled by Fergs Kayak due to weather conditions you can re-book or obtain a full refund
If you cancel the trip/tour within 48 hours of the trip, no refund will be given
If you have any special needs/medical problems ie. asthma, back injury, heart problems, please notify staff while booking so that we can accomodate your needs
Minimum age for most trips/tours is 16. Please check with staff when you book
