Use wing or flat blade it's up to you, either way you'll get the goods with this lesson. Maximise your energy use and efficiency and minimise injury.

A session with Ian Ferguson is $150 per hour plus travelling costs. A session with Steven Ferguson is $120 per hour and with Alan Fergsuon $90 per hour - these sessions are held at the Auckland shop. Some sessions may be held on Lake Pupuke and extra costs may be associated with this. |
